Introduction: Prof. Qing Wang received his doctoral degree from the Tongji University for a work on interface strength of fiber reinforced composites in 1996. He became in 1998 a full Professor at the Shandong University of Technology, China. In 2000, he joined National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST), Japan. In 2014 he moved to Shandong University of Science and Technology, China, as Taishan Distiguished Professor. In 2017 he served as the Dean of the department of Materials Sci Eng. Now he works there as the Director of Institute of Nanoengineering. Prof. Qing Wang' main area of research is fabrication of advanced functional materials and its application in civil engineering. This involves the development of new methods for structural monitoring and maintenance.

Introduction: He is professor of School of Shipbuilding Eng., Dalian University of Technology, China. He published 113 Journal papers indexed by SCI_Core and 5 Monographs.

Assoc. Prof. Mohammad Russel

Research Area: Designing electromagnetic probe, Microwave measurement, dielectric spectroscopy method for online monitoring the soil health quality and fresh and marine water environmental pollution (characterization, identification, and monitoring). Microcalorimetric study of biological stress measurements, CO2 sequestration study using thermodynamic approaches and electrochemical methods for environmental pollutant analysis.
Introduction: Associate Professor, at School of Ocean Science and Technology, Dalian University of Technology, P.R.China, and trying to cultivate a Platform for Green Growth and the Sustainable Marine Environmental Development through national and international research grants. Experienced with Phase I, II & III of Environmental improvement project financed by ADB,WB,IFC, GEF, USTDA. Site assessment, Remediation , Waste Water Treatment Plant, Solid waste, Central heating and Roads. He worked with DESA (Sustainable Development Group) , UN Head Quarter, New York, USA; and gain knowledge of Sound Chemical waste management ( Contamination , Water Pollution, Hazardous Materials and Solid waste management policy in developed and under developing country) .He has exclusive industrial experiences in national and international projects; and extensive International research experiences in laboratory & field work (BD,CN,HK,NZ,USA,SL) Which is related to Environmental management, Risk assessment,Toxicity , Site remediation,Geo-microbiology and Environmental application of Bio-sensor. He also has business and commercial experiences in (Singapore, South Korea, Thiland, India, China, Australia, USA, JP so on) worldwide.He is a competitive affiliated member of IPENZ and Professional member for the American Association for the Advancement of Science’s (AAAS).

Assoc. Prof. Chao Chen

Introduction: Assoc. Prof. Chao Chen received the B. E. degree in Communication from Shandong University of Science and Technology in 2005, the M. E. degree in Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing from Shandong University of Science and Technology in 2009 and Ph.D. degree from Peking University in Cartography and Geography Information System in 2013. Currently, he is a Associate Professor of Marine Science at the Zhejiang Ocean University, Zhou, China, where he teaches GPS, remote sensing technology etc. He has published several peer-reviewed and refereed-conferences papers on target recognition from high-resolution remote sensing images. His expertise is involved information extraction from optical remote sensing images and ocean color remote sensing.
